Richard D. Ruttenberg Refined & magnificent, Crazy In Philly is replete with eNORMously entertaining compositions, arrangements, and stellar performances by the entire band. All of Norm's albums are like 4 years of music college in one sitting. Amazing stuff. Favorite track? Are you serious? No way to pick one.
